Arriving at Triabunna, we had plans to visit Maria Island for the day, but decided our family of 4 wasn't quite ready for off grid day trips to foreign lands just yet , haha. Hopefully, next time we come here, our kids will be old enough and willing enough to carry their own day packs filled with food and water for an entire day and not complain about bush dunnies and lack of WiFi. 😆
Instead, we drove up to Three Thumbs Lookout for a picnic with views for days.
I think I can see the Maria Island ferry we didn't go on...
A walk along the beach and dinner at a pub ended another wonderful day on our Tassie road trip. Early night with a big day ahead - we're heading to Freycinet National Park!
